Welcome to the Van Buren Public Library

The Van Buren Public Library serves the residents of Van Buren Township.  Local residents have been enjoying the library‚Äôs resources since 1919.  The Van Buren Public Library was established with a donation from the Carnegie Foundation.  We are still operating in the original Carnegie building.

Our mission is to serve the residents of Van Buren Township by meeting the educational, informational, and recreational interests and needs of all residents, in cooperation with other libraries and community partners.

The library is now doing Curbside Service. Call the library and let us know what books, magazines or DVDs you would like and we will check them out to you and bring them to your car. Feel free to check our online catalog (https://evergreen.lib.in.us/eg/opac/home) to see what items are available.

The library may be closed, but you can still checkout books, audiobooks and magazines from Libby! Click on the image below and get started today.
