Adult Exercise Program

If you would like to participate, please call the library and we will set up a day and time for the exercise program.

The library is now offering a low-impact adult exercise program. Join us for fun and easy workout sessions here at the library. This is a go at your own pace workout! So if you are just starting to workout then this is the program to join! Also, it is FREE!!! So come join Julie as she leads the workout group through different exercises!
